Generally, we guarantee one year or two years for different products. We provide limited warranty on manufacturer defective parts on our products. This warranty does not cover any labor cost.
The following parts are covered under this warranty along with their warranted period from the date of arrive to you.
motor/controller/battery.........one year/two year

This warranty does not cover consumable and normal wear parts (including Plastic covers, seat , bumper, brake pads, tires , etc), or damage due to lack of scheduled maintenance, or accident, act of God, misuse or consumer abuse. Modifications to this vehicle that are not Velimotor approved parts will void the warranty. The dealers only need to take photos for defective. Once warranty claim approved, we shall send out the replacement parts within 15 business days by courier or air at our expense.

Service
If customer need buy any spare parts at any time urgently, we shall send the spare parts by courier or air at your expense within 10 days.
In some case, maybe we shall send these spare parts after sold together with the next shipment as you require.
