1. What is the minimu order quantity?
Re: Usually the MOQ is one 20'foot container, but for your trial order,we can do 2-5pcs per model for some models.
2.What is the production and delivery time?
Re: Usually production time is from 25 to 30 days after confirmed the order,Depending on the quantity and model. The production time of sample order is longer than container order.
3. Can I just order a sample?
Re: not always. We only accept the container order for some models. We also accept the sample order for some models. Our minimum sample order quantity is 2pcs per model. Please ask sale manager for different models.
4. Can we mix several models in the one 20 foot container?
Re: Yes, uaually you can mixt it,but you only can mix 3 models in one 20'ft container,and you can mix 5 models in one 40'ft container or 40'hq conatainer.
5. Can we use our own Logo or design for sticker?
Re: Yes,you can. We welcome OEM. We make the products with your LOGO.
6. Do you develop new model in the coming moth?
Re: Yes, usually we have 1 to 3 new models will begin to sale in the coming month.
7. What is VIN?
Re: We have VIN for all of our products, It is vehicle identificationn Number.It stamp on the frame.
For Australian clients,they can make VIN by themselves.
For other country clients,we will make VIN according to our company rules.
Vin is provided free of charge for all of our clients.
8. If I want to visit your factory, which airport is the nearest international airport and domestic airport?
Re: Chongqing airport is the nearest international airport.
9. Do you have EEC/COC products for on road legal use in Europe?
Re:Yes,Most of our products have with EEC/COC approved.
10. Do you have CE?
Re: Yes,Our all products have CE.
11. Can we use our own shipping agent?
Re:Yes,you can.
12. What is your warranty?
Re: We guarantee the quality of our all engines and frames within one year. We guarantee two years for the products with EEC.
13. Can you supply all spare parts of your all products?
Re: Yes,of course,we can supply all spare parts for you.
14. Can we choose several colors for our order?
Re: Yes,you can select it freely.our normally colors as red,green,yellow,black,blue and silver etc.
15. What is your payment terms?
Re: By Bank Transfer(Telegraphic Transfer(T/T)). We also accept the L/C at sight for some countries.
16. How much is the down payment or advance?
Re:The down payment or advance is 30% for container order.  We just accept the full payment for any sample order.
