Warranty

Generally, we guarantee one year for our products (motorcycle,scooter,ATV,UTV and dirt bike). We guarantee two years for products with EEC. We provide limited warranty on manufacturer defective parts on our products. This warranty does not cover any labor cost.

The following parts are covered under this warranty along with their warranted period from the date of arrive to you.
Engine/Transmission/Carburetor..........one year/two year(products with EEC)
Electrical Components/Wiring............six months/one year(products with EEC)

This warranty does not cover consumable and normal wear parts (including body panel, upholstered seat , bumper, air filters, brake pads, tires , etc), or damage due to lack of scheduled maintenance, or accident, act of God, misuse or consumer abuse. Modifications to this vehicle that are not Velimotor approved parts will void the warranty. The dealer only need to take photos for defective. Once warranty claim approved, we shall send out the replacement parts within 15 business days by courier or air at our expense.

If you need buy any spare parts at any time urgently, we shall send to you by courier or air at your expense within 10 days.
In some case, maybe we shall send these spare parts after sold together with your next shipment as you require.

Spare parts support for dearler

We will send 1% spare parts for free for 20GP container order(one model) with the order tohether. We can send spare parts catalogue for each model after dealer make the order. Our dealer can purchase any spare parts with cost price for our any products at any time. We shall send these spare parts within 10 days after we receive the order.
